Cleaning and care instructions: Each tray is finished with a food-grade mineral that ensures your tray is looking good and gets the protection that is needed. Hand wash only and do not submerge in water. Clean with a wet towel with your preferred soap and rinse with water. Immediately dry your board to decrease the chance of soaking up water and warping. Once every year freshen up your board by washing your board first then putting mineral oil onto your board and allow it to soak into the wood. For extra protection you can use Walrus Wax wood wax to get your tray extra protection.
